| 説明 | 指輪ホテルが、3月に札幌と東京で上演する新作は、ニューヨークのリチャード・フォアマン1983年の作品「バタイユのバスローブGeorge Bataille’s Bathrobe」をルーツに作ってます。 去年、羊屋白玉は、フォアマンのニューヨークの自宅におしかけてインタビューしてきました、ほとんど雑談ですけど。 今回の指輪ホテルメンバーは、彼の生音声を聞きながら、もう引退しちゃったけどアメリカ20世紀を代表する前衛演劇の第一人者ていうか、とても変なひと、フォアマンのことを探り想いクリエーションしています。 New Work by YUBIWA Hotel, "George Bataille’s Bathrobe." New work will be rooted in a play written in 80’s by Richard Foreman, one of the New York based leading figure of avant-garde theater in 20th century America. He is now 81 years old, retired from theater, but still active in filmmaking at his studio. The creation process has started with the script and an interview with Foreman, which Shirotama Hitsujiya made last May. This work will be presented in Sapporo from March 15-17th and in Tokyo from March 22-24th. |
